On February 19, 2020, Mike Bersani was appointed to the Bartlett Fire Protection District Board of Trustees. Previously, Mike had served on the District’s Board of Fire Commissioners for nearly 13 years.

David Mathues argued a case in which LaSalle County is seeking to recover the proceeds from asset forfeitures from other municipalities which participated in the now-defunct SAFE unit before the Illinois Third District Appellate Court, on behalf of the City of LaSalle.
David Mathues argued a First Amendment case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on behalf of the various employees and overseers of the Jerome Combs Detention Center in Kankakee County.
Yordana Wysocki argued a FOIA case before the Illinois Appellate Court for the Third District on December 4, 2018, on behalf of the City of Joliet.
