Two sisters accused City of Urbana police officers of false arrest and use of excessive force.  Officers used mace on one sister and straight-arm takedown tactics on the other sister, who was recovering from a recent brain surgery.  Federal jury returned a verdict in favor of the officers.  The officers were represented by Mike Bersani and Urbana City Attorney Ronald O’Neal. Dorris v.
