A pre-trial detainee, alleged that his medical condition was deliberately ignored by the jail nurse and that his medical condition worsened while at the facility. Michael Condon and Tony Fioretti successfully filed a motion for summary judgment for the nurse. The Court granted the motion, finding that the nurse adequately addressed Plaintiff’s medical needs in her care of his diabetes. Hamilton v. Harding Case No. 17-cv-2238 (C.D. Ill. February 11, 2019).
