Where do we practice?

Although we are based in DuPage County, Illinois, we have clients throughout the State of Illinois.  Our litigation practice regularly takes us to the federal district courts in Chicago, Rockford, Peoria, Rock Island, Urbana and Springfield.  We litigate in Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, Kendall, DeKalb, and other downstate counties.  We have appeared in cases in the United States Supreme Court, United States Appellate Court for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Illinois State Supreme Court, and the Illinois Appellate Court.  Our attorneys also represent and defend clients in administrative proceedings filed with the EEOC and the Illinois Department of Human Rights.

Who are our clients?

We serve as panel counsel to many self-insured governmental entities, national insurance carriers, risk management pools, and third-party administrators that provide public liability insurance to local governmental entities.  We frequently serve as special counsel to governmental entities with complex litigation, zoning issues, and special investigations.  We also serve as General Counsel to the Village of Itasca, Itasca Park District, Wood Dale Park District, the Northeast Multi-Regional Training Agency (NEMRT), and the Northeast DuPage Special Recreation Association (NEDSRA). We also serve as special counsel for Public Safety Employees Benefits Act (PSEBA) hearings.
