Mike Bersani represented Pace Bus Company in suit by former Pace bus driver alleging that he was terminated because of a medical disability in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Federal court held that termination was lawful because plaintiff had failed to pass medical evaluation required by Pace policy and federal regulations. Green v.
